HOW WE DO IT

Digital Direct to Film

Digital Direct to Film or DTF is an alternative method of digital printing. DTF involves printing your design onto a special film which is then heat transferred onto a garment using adhesive powder and a heat press.  The result is a high resolution full colour print with excellent durability.

Why DTG

Digital Direct to Garment

Digital Direct to Garment or DTG is the go-to method for printing complex, colourful designs directly onto garments. DTG works much like an inkjet printer for t-shirts, transferring the design direct to the garment. This method can only be used on cotton fabrics.

Why DTG?

Embroidery

Embroidery gives your brand a tactile, professional look with threads stitched directly into the fabric. Unlike printing, embroidery adds depth, texture, and unmatched durability.

Why Embroidery?

Sublimation

Sublimation uses heat to turn dye into gas, embedding it directly into the fibers of the product. The result? Permanent, ultra-vibrant colour that won’t crack, fade, or peel. This method can only be used on polyester fabric. The full impact of this process is achieved by manufacturing the entire garment.

Why Sublimation?

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a traditional but highly effective method that involves pressing ink through a mesh screen onto garments. It excels at producing bold, vibrant designs with razor-sharp detail and colour consistency. The most cost effective method for large volume printing.
