This is a print and cut process. A large format digital printer first prints the design then cuts out the required outlines of the design. Once finished the no image area vinyl is “weeded” out. The completed image remains and is then heat transferred onto the garment. This is the ideal method for simple logos with clean outlines. Allows full colour on small run jobs. Very suitable for a logo on a chest or a sleeve. The prefect option customising garments with individual names & numbers.
Less suitable for large print areas as the plastic nature of the transfer seals the fabric where applied and will not allow any breathability in the image area. The vinyl has great adhesion to most fabrics but colour printed designs can fade over time
